This Mixed Berry Coconut Protein Smoothie is a vibrant, creamy blend of juicy berries, tropical coconut, and plant-powered protein. Perfect for a post-workout boost or a feel-good breakfast, it’s made with Ergogenics Plant Protein – Mixed Berry for that extra kick of clean energy and flavor. Plus, the coconut-rimmed glass adds a fun, tropical twist that makes every sip feel like a treat!

Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 1 scoop Ergogenics Plant Protein – Mixed Berry

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)

  • 1 banana (for creaminess)

  • 1/2 cup Greek-style coconut yogurt (or plain coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant milk)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber & omega-3s)

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste, optional)

  • Ice cubes (as needed for thickness)

 

For Garnish (Optional but Extra Pretty!):

  • Unsweetened shredded coconut

  • A little honey or agave (for the rim)

  • Fresh berries for topping or side serving

     

Instructions:

  1. Rim the Glasses (Optional but beautiful!):

    • Dip the rims of your serving glasses in honey or agave syrup.

    • Roll them in shredded coconut and let them set while you make the smoothie.

  2. Blend the Smoothie:

    • In a blender, add all smoothie ingredients: frozen berries, banana, yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup/honey (if using), and ice.

    • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Serve:

    • Pour the smoothie into the coconut-rimmed glasses.

    • Garnish with a few fresh berries or a sprinkle of extra coconut on top.

    • Enjoy with a spoon or straw!
