Chocolate Banana Hemp & Chia Smoothie

Chia pudding recipe:
¼ cup whole chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 tsp maple syrup or stevia
Add all ingredients together, mix well and leave to soak for 1-3 hours depending on how thick you like it.
Chocolate pudding recipe:
2 bananas
1 small avocado
2 soft medjool dates
1 scoop Ergogenics Plant Protein in Chocolate
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add sliced bananas inside jar before adding the two puddings. Garnish with vegan chocolate, shredded coconut and vegan chocolate drizzle.
