Our Story

In 1998 I pursued a formal education in the field of nutrition, while working part time at a major corporate health store. Working with the public exposed me to many people who desired healthier lifestyles, but were unaware of how to obtain it.

In 2000, I graduated with a degree in Nutrition. I continued to work in the retail health industry. I did this for a few years and struggled to advance beyond that, so I decide to take some time off... After taking a short break from the industry in 2002 to pursue other things, I returned to the health and nutrition industry with renewed passion, excitement, and a firm belief that I can help people increase their sense of well-being. This time I was here to stay.

Landing a position in a Supermarket Health store helped me focus my expertise on a particular area of interest. I spent three years as a buyer for the sport supplements section of the grocery store. I learned a wealth of information and was happy to be helping people understand the options available to them. While working in the store I often questioned where certain ingredients came from and how safe they were. To my surprise, most of the sports supplements on the market contain artificial ingredients that pose a health risk to consumers.I remember being surprised that such products are so plentiful on the shelves of some health food stores.


They really are the "fast food" of nutrition: junk supplements masquerading as a "great choice" for vulnerable customers who often don't have time to become experts in the field. Becoming an expert on sports supplements has given me an infinite ability to educate people who want to make smarter choices. I realised that the lack of companies that are actually out to help people with their health in the sports supplement industry is few and far between, and that more has to be done!

My company, Ergogenics Nutrition, was designed to affect change in the ever-expanding world of health products and sport supplements. I operate my company with the highest degree of integrity, and my products contain only carefully selected ingredients that I regularly consume myself. The goal of my company is to become successful as my clients see success in their own well-being through the regular use of Ergogenics Nutrition products.
